This Privacy Policy explains what information Nonna collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account & profile: email, password (stored securely by our auth provider), and the profile details you choose to share (name, age, photos, bio, interests, and optional identity fields).
Compatibility quiz: your answers, used to calculate match compatibility.
Activity: likes, matches, messages, RSVPs, and reports you submit.
Technical: basic device/log data needed to run and secure the Service.

How we use it

to create your profile and show you to compatible people;
to calculate compatibility and power discovery;
to enable matches, messaging, and events;
to keep the community safe (reviewing reports and blocks); and
to send account-related emails (confirmation, password reset).

What others can see

Your profile (photos, name, age, bio, interests, and any optional fields you add) is visible to other signed-in users when you turn on discovery visibility. Your email and quiz answers are never shown to other users.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the Service, including Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). They process data only to provide their services.

Your choices & rights

edit or hide your profile at any time;
control who can discover you with visibility and filters;
block and report other users; and
permanently delete your account and associated data from Settings → Delete account.

Data retention & security

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and associated data are removed. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.

Children

The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
